Yes, it will say closed but it WILL open back up (in my experience).
Just keep an eye on the app/thrill data and it'll pop back up.

It's 7:00 PM . Monsters is still closed. I don't believe it opened at all today.
Update 9:40 PM: Closed .....It appears it was closed all day. Hopefully they were able to fix the issues that have been
causing a lot of downtime the past couple weeks.

I had a notification on my phone incase it opened while I was in the park but no such luck. My friend at least rode it in April, hopefully will catch it next time.

I just look at the TP app which says 'closed'....like it said yesterday on the TP app.

Delayed (in the Universal app), so I imagine that means they're hoping to get it open today.

If the corn hole is still setup outside the ride, then they may think it’ll be down all day again. If corn hole has been put away, hopefully that means it’ll be back up today.

I'd be pretty PO'd if that was my Epic day and, after looking forward to MU for months, they deem cornhole as a suitable replacement.

Old time Insider told me Monsters flooded during the heavy rainstorm on Monday and that's why it was down......

i'm not saying that god is trying to tell them to prioritize the creature of the lagoon boat ride for the first major expansion... but I would be okay if everyone in management believed that.

Big time signal from above. God has a soft spot for the Creature and Epic like stuff.

I've seen it listed both ways.....and sometimes reopened.....There's no consistency.......Attractions at Epic, unfortunately, are a crapshoot.
That's why touring plans don't work well. You always need to have alternate plans to fall back on. On Monday, Monsters was down for
38% of the day.

Do we know why it was down for that long on Monday the 27th because both times it shut down that day I was in line.
