One thing I did notice about the store is how bad the floors look. The new sections don't even have a finished floor, just concrete. There's also random patches of carpet everywhere where register used to be. It seems they were in a rush to open before he crowds but it looks really bad.

Looks great! I agree about the registers' area, and also looks like they have still to finish some of the flooring. But it's great to have a bigger space now, to fit the massive crowds that will be filling USF after the opening of Transformers and Simpsons, and next year especially with Potter.

Is this a mix of permanent rails and the movable ones they use outside? Little weird, but at least it looks nice while they finish things up.

They're not done yet. It's been like that in sections of the store during the whole re-do. But that's the price you pay to keep a store fully open while re-doing it.

It's almost done. Four or so days ago the tongue was black, so sometime this week it should be done.

You definitely have to make sure they're vacant. I have shot all of the other recent bathroom remodels and this has been discussed at length earlier in this thread.

General refurbishment and an awning is getting replaced. It's been missing for a while on the Finnegans side.
