Personally I feel like they would wait for a park to be completely empty to do that but I don’t have a lot of knowledge on that sort of thing

Why would they announce a tease or surprise before hand? They didn’t announce the scarezone during 19 and they didn’t announce the jack tease after 24.

An interesting thing to note from Expedition, there are apparently protest signs in-front of the trees and stuff opposing Christmas.

Part of me wishes it's carolers getting killed by the scare-actors.
