Ok now I see it. Guess it’s time for new glasses, or a bigger monitor.

I don't get it either. The hard prime blue is clashing with the pink skin color but it looks they are going for a Disneyland Paris look (not a fan of that thing either).

I can't remember where I saw it, but the "rose gold everywhere" rumor for the 50th was legit including the castle to some degree. I'm guessing the decision makers had no idea how expensive it is to actually print/paint/manufacture rose gold of a decent quality but it's like they had already bought the pigments and said just don't mix them, we'll paint a kaleidoscope instead.

The shade of pink certainly looks much more... well, let's say forceful... than the initial concept art made it appear.

I would think Disney deliberately chose a slightly darker shade knowing that the harsh sunlight exposure will fade it into a more muted version eventually. But that will take a while.

I think they will do diamonds in lighter blue on the roofs as it was done before. That said it still is too rich

On Magic, Martin and several others are reporting that Country Bear Jamboree is back on the chopping block.
I was actually thinking about this earlier as it’s got a real “Dixie” vibe to it and honestly idk that the show currently attracts a ton of people. They already chopped half of the show out a few years ago because people weren’t attending.

It could be a situation of poor attendance + Questionable content = (Insert IP Here) retheme.

I would much rather they attempt to re-write it (even knowing how tone-deaf that would likely end up being) than lose another original attraction in favor of IP (which, given the lack of western-themed Disney content that is currently relevant, will likely be a very bad fit).

And I know anecdotal evidence isn't worth much, but it was a very full house the last two times I saw it.

I like the show, but it wouldn’t be the end of the world if they found the right replacement. I’ve thought about it though and I can’t think of anything that would fit there without standing out as out of place.

I'm putting this out there, because I am less than knowledgable on the subject: are there noted problems with the content of the Country Bears? (Beyond the innuendo and violence.)

I think that the argument would be that the accents and general stereotypes are pretty broad. Which I basically agree with... but also don't have an issue with that stuff.

Wild West Muppet show. Tell me you can’t see Piggy on a saloon piano.
I mean, I love the Muppets, so there are plenty of worse options.

What you'd run into there would be this question: are the Muppets suddenly in the old west, or are they -- in modern times -- putting on an old west revue? The theme of Frontierland is that we're in the past, so I don't know quite how they'd make that work.
