Well, being FFP+ is cheaper then the cheapest RIP tour... Goodnight sweet prince, RIP is beyond awesome but the ability to do up to 35 nights wins this time! Tighten up your safety straps and keep your appendages in the ride vehicle folks the HORRAAAAHHH IS AFOOT! Admins and fellow SPEC friends, SEE YOU IN THE FOG!

FFP+ has always been cheaper than the cheapest RIP Tour. Basic access without Express and an RIP Tour are very different products. People who talk about 35 nights as an option have the flexibility to not need RIP, whereas someone visiting for 1 or 2 nights on busy dates may opt for that. There's obviously overlap and I've done RIP Tours twice with corresponding FFP, but my wife and I are in the middle where we do 3-4 nights of HHN over the span of about a week, making FFP/RoF a better option but nowhere near being able to use all the nights on the pass as we live out of state.

It's going to be a very interesting HHN year operations wise. I'm sure there are plans in the work, but it'll be interesting to see what happens with security, food/bar lines, etc.

Interesting. I would have assumed with the early morning timing of this announcement, it could have still lined up for a SZ or originals house drop this afternoon. I wonder if they will break from the Thursday cadence going forward or drag it all the way through August 26th, potentially. Obviously, food and specialty drinks can be that last one, but that would mean all SZs, shows, and originals would be on the 12th and 19th, respectively.
Not even close. Have been “middle of the pack” the last few years with IPs being more included on them.
That early of an announcement is definitely strange, and it wasn’t hyped up at all, they just kind of dropped it on us, it just feels like there would be an afternoon announcement to help build hype

I already had but I was joking, I am pretty sure UNI put something out months ago that said passholder discounts AND multi night tickets would be announced so I did think there we be something.
I am surprised (see above)
guess it is still guessing until they say something officially.

Eh, you can always snag a night or two of Express as needed. I initially thought I might just grab Express for the two Sundays we will be there (Sep 19 and 26) and not for the Wed/Thurs - doing HoS on Fri and pool day chilling on Sat. They started at $89.99. When I finally went to pull the trigger, they had jumped to $109.99 that morning. One Sunday has subsequently gone up twice more since to $129.99.
I held off after the initial jump and said it must be fate to just get RoF with Express, which is what I did today lol.
Been mentioned elsewhere but don't sleep on that after 10 (or 11) half-price Express. As long as you buy it early in the night, you can be ready to go at 9:59 and have 3 solid hours of Express to knock out the popular ones.

I've tried this once or twice in 2019 and was always sold out. Do you specifically ask for the Late Express? Felt like they didn't know what I was talking about at the Express stands lol
