Hate to hear that…I was looking forward to it, but my brother said the same thing….he hated it.
New permit says the Mummy courtyard area WILL in fact receive some work!
I’m assuming that a refurb of this size means that the Mummy is here to stay for a long time. Does that seem accurate?

Since they'll be losing a lot of capacity for a good while with both Mummy long refurb and Shrek closing, I'm wondering whether they'll add some extra street entertainment like they did when Twister & Disaster closed. Ultimately they kept 'some' of that street entertainment (Beat Builders, Marilyn, SF troupe only one they didn't keep, & various NYC song and dance groups). ??? Anyone hear any word on the street?
If only they had a theater they could put a show in....
