Fair enough, which is why I'm more hesitant to believe this permit is for an 11th house. It's still really odd though, from what we can see of the permit it looks pretty much identical in wording to all the other HHN permits.

Technically, if you go back to the HHN28 spec thread, by page 2 of the thread, @Nick had already said he heard 10 houses were likely. -runs and hides-

Like I said, for now at least I am expecting just 10, but I think it would be wise to at least keep a close eye on any updates with this permit.

The reason it's important is it seemingly confirms 11 houses.

HNN Mark has a theory on the Discord:

'what If one house got cut, but was already built and instead of tearing down and rebuilding they will just build the new house in a different ss to save time?'

Essentially, what if one house got cut, but instead of hastily retheming it, just adding in a whole new one?


I don't doubt that, which is why I said is it possible this is a last-minute addition, like we saw in 2018 (if my memory is correct).

It’s just a confirmation that there will be a house in SS25 and it will be for a house that needed a space that big.

SS25 could be a house. It’s way too large for an up charge experience like The Weeknd bar.

It's just fascinating that in the same breath that some of these "rumormongers" say "They're looking to replace a rumored IP" we hear "They're adding an 11th house".

We've entered a new age of HHN rumor talk where content creators/vloggers try to milk what they can and there need to be some changes. We're getting to a point where I think it's doing more harm than good.

SS25 will be a house. It’s way too large for an up charge experience like The Weeknd bar.

That makes it interesting then because as of right now we have 11 house permits. Only other option at this point is that if something dropped and got replaced with an IP that was too big to fit in the location the dropped house was in. So they would have to move it to a bigger soundstage.

Or they decided to move a house from where they initially planned to have it. For bigger IPs things can get altered from the original plans and they could have decided they need more space than one of the other soundstages would give.

No IPs have been dropped from the original lineup.

There have only been 3 IPs that needed the space that SS25 offers:

Poltergeists 2018
Stranger Things 2019

Funny you should mention, they also made a permit for a tent to be built by Soundstage 20. Which is where Im assuming the new breakspace will be since they use 25 as a break space these past couple of years and now it will be in use.
