The hillside is not on Universal property, so there isn’t really much they can do in that situation. Only real measures are when they need to dampen and reduce sound for when TT is near (and even then they have to inform everyone on those hills as a result of the community guideline). Similar process with T-Pad and H-Lot South, it’s a losing game.
The parking structure though? If it means they can reduce the risk of a leak, and more importantly one as easily accessible; then yeah it makes sense.
