I was working the Jungle Cruise at Disney during the great freeze of 1977. 2 days later we had no jungle :D It took weeks to make it look anything like a jungle again (You could literally see the veldt --the back part of the ride -- from the dock). Ah, memories

Yes, sight lines are a bit messy right now. A lot of things normal hidden like utilities boxes are super obvious.

Driving by VB now you can see a lot of brown from I-4. Someone posted a video (can’t find it now) showing a lot of the plants at Epic’s entrance are going to need replacing, most certainly the same issue in the park. Same with many areas along the roads.

Yeah all the Trees and Bushes in Marvel Super Hero Island got removed completely the other day.

You'll find out soon on your visit, but I worked at VB on Friday and man.....poor VB. Much of the plants there did not do well at all. I wish I had the opportunity find a Horticulture TM to inquire what their plan was for these plants (and to also praise their hard work because I wanted to thank them for including the little plant plaques around the park that have the plant names and species).
