USF Project?

I loved MIB in it's day and I would always still ride it. Not a huge wait usually, fantastic air conditioning and it's a good laugh. However, I could see the case for putting something new there. I can't see USF refurbing it with modern tech unless there is an MIB film coming out. There was talk of an MIB/Jump Street cross-over, but that seems to have died? Even then, I can see them only doing something if that film is HUGE. Best bet is that it will be used for another property, but not for (at least) the next 5 years.

Fantastic air conditioning? Home of the "Weeping Walls". One time I went on early in the AM, and the glass in the "Coffee Break" scene in the queue was so fogged up you couldn't see anything. :p All the hand rails were so wet they were dripping. It looked like had power washed the inside queue.

my experience has always been that it's freezing cold in there, but if theme parks teach us anything it's that things can change in an instant. I wouldn't mind power washing in the queue when it hits 35 sometimes to be honest though

I really don't understand the love for MIB, we don't even bother to ride it anymore

Curious- do you enjoy or ride TSMM or Buzz Lightyear?

MiB is still the best shooter in Orlando as well as the US. The IP certainly isn't near what Toy Story is- that's the only "downside", if there is one.

Some people just don't like shooters- which is fine. But if you like Buzz or TSMM- and not MiB- something might be wrong with you ;)

It's been a few days since the rumors started flying that another Transformers situation was about to unfold but no confirmed announcements from Universal or any reliable insiders. I'm starting to wonder if they are waiting until after HHN so they don't steal the thunder from their most popular event. Keep in mind that they still haven't officially announced anything for Nintendo even though we know it's coming...

I am pretty sure FFL will become MoM, would make a lot of sense to have two new Potter attractions for 2019. As for the other attraction closing, I've been wondering if maybe they might get rid of HRRR and replace it with a B&M hyper instead.

It's possible Ministry of Magic entrance is only from inside Diagon and just looks like trees from outside the area. Would certainly save money on theming the front.

If I can't get flushed into the MOM I don't wanna go. lol

Twitter is reporting there is already a 320 min. wait for the Floo Network Dark Ride. I'm predicting that number will go up...a lot. Maybe Universal should actually build the ride before opening it? Just sayin'.

Lines are long, probably because it keeps breaking down. Once again Universal opens an attraction before it's ready for the GP. ;):lol:

If/when MoM comes along I can imagine similar character interactivity slated for SW:GE and of course wands will come into play.

When I was at the Leavesden studios tour in london I can remember being amazed by the scale and detail MoM set and thinking how well this would work in a themepark, even more so than DA.

These two points get me excited without even starting to imagine what kind of a ride system they could use, multi directional elevator ride is the obvious, but for me, MoM could easily work as a walk through interactive attraction.
