But Nick, would you go at all anyway if the parks were packed to the gunnels? How else could they limit crowds? I agree with you in that I would just cancel my pass for now. There is no value in it.

Why are you people putting sad face likes to this? It is good that there was not a soul... I have had my absentee ballot for a week but just got around to taking it down. Of the 5000 residents here, most already put their ballots in or will vote in person on election day. I waited a week to...
Exactly and crazy to hear that it is happening everywhere. And what is more, there were hundreds of cars parked in the roads to climb mountains and trails... the cliff trails here are 1’ wide at best and with hundreds climbing up and back down the same trail... there is a limit to outdoor safety...
People sure are eager to get away this weekend. My tourist town is packed with visitors even more so than early August. NY and MA were driving the park loop road as if it were the NJ turnpike. At 5:30, the sidewalk in front of my house was mobbed with people from hotels and inns walking to ill...
Has anyone read anything regarding how those employed in NYC theater are coping? Was a fund set up to help these people? Few have savings for 17 months.
I never like, like, like... but on this, I really appreciate everyone’s contribution to what these layoffs mean and who and how they effect. None of this is good but it helps knowing that there is some structure remaining...
