Lol how can anyone truthfully defend the ops of this attraction over the past month. Axe to grind? Okay dude. People pay a lot of money to come out and experience a "now open" attraction. When it's barely operational that's a big problem. Keep defending UO blindly my dude.
Here now.
It's not running for at least an hour now. I quote the team members out front "if it were me, I'd go enjoy another attraction as I doubt it opens back up today."
This attraction is a disaster. It rarely runs and when it does its severely hamstringed capacity wise. Great job Universal.
I feel like if that were the case it would have been amended and not deleted entirely by whoever is overseeing the GR twitter account.
Brian - I'm sorry but if you were stuck in that line for 6 hours, 2 hours being in the room with no A/C, I don't think this would have been your response sir...
To be fair Skip if UO cared about the guest experience this attraction wouldn't have opened when it did. Countless guest complains online about standing around in limbo for hours.
I would absolutely show the same disappointment towards Disney as I have for UO right now if that were the case. I wonder how the crowd feels now who were so strongly defending the ops of this ride over the past 5 days now that UO has admitted fault?
These are the real losers here and straight...
Agreed. Anything is better than having people stand out in the hot sun and pouring rain snaking through the park. From UO's side this is lost revenue. Those same people spilling out into the park lined up for hours on end could be spending money elsewhere in the resort waiting on their return...
I'm genuinely curious how in 2019, with the virtual line being already used in various attractions on property, how anyone can think it wasn't an option for Universal to use yesterday and moving forward? A line through the park and going backstage was really the best course of action?
They have...
Apologies I should have been more specific as I was talking about the SM out in Anaheim. You are on the right track that a launch would be included in the layout as I've heard the same.
Who would have thought a humans ears weren't located in their knees! Poor speaker placement during the refurbishment. Creative should have figured out a way to place them near or in the headrests.
After experiencing both attractions (Dinosaur and Indy) multiple times I say break out the permits and sledgehammers. It's a home run idea. Dinosaur was okay as CTX until the Eisner decision to tie it to a mediocre movie at best just for 'synergy' sake.
