Areas by the lagoon at IOA near the port of entry are awesome as well. You get some noise from the Hulk coaster, but not many people, if any. Tables outside of Lombards near London waterfront are great and typically the tables by the water near Duff bar in Springfield are quiet.

When you do buy your premier pass they will give you a little booklet that has your HHN pass and some vouchers for free water and I think it lists all the places and discounts you get at those places. You should have gotten a voucher in the pack with the free water vouchers. You can redeem it at any of the ticket counters in City Walk or the parks as long as you know what date you wanna go.
