I haven't watched these movies yet (will do very soon), but from what I'm seeing, I love the amount of activities, the colors and knowing it's vikings and dragons...that's two pretty well known and loved themes even for those who might not have seen the movies. Excitement for this land is way...
People thought they were lining up to see Shrek? j/k
I really thought they'd do something to the E.T. entrance/exit but I guess it isn't that feasible...other than moving the attraction entrance sign which seems like a good idea, but we know that's not always Universal's move (looking at...
hey, look another toxic work environment with over a dozen staffers who complained. I was wondering what will affect the ride if Fallon "retires", will they dump the Tonight Show idea entirely...
I rode this twice on Saturday. It was fun, but a bit chaotic. I think one thing they should do is make the points totals lower. On my second ride through I got like 1115240 points or something and I typed it specifically like that as there's no comma separators, so it was over a million points...
I understand and you're probably correct. The advantage is they could do that more easily IMO in this type of layout than other existing layouts if they ever decided to make different types of offerings.
I apologize for not having read the entire 322 pages, but I figured most of my thoughts on the park layout have probably been covered, however I just wanted to summarize my thoughts so far in case anyone has input.
IF they are going to do things the way I expect, I like this concept as it gives...
Ok so I visited IOA for the first time in a few years and walked through the JP/JW area seeing all of the land area that they had to dedicate to the Velocicoaster and just the sheer amount of the Jurassic World theming that goes with it.
After seeing everything, I kinda feel like it is...
I could be wrong, but EU seemed to have a bit of a "modular" design with each land being separated completely from each other and, in that sense, more easily "swapped out" with another idea/theme.
In that case, it may be easier to "pause" the land and also make some changes. Obviously they...
Apologies I haven't read all 736 pages, but is there discussion of them just repainting the Discovery Center building...or making some changes to it, to start changing the whole land to Jurassic World?
I realize the main building in the JW movie is a LOT different, but honestly, the JP building...
My guess:
They're working on this but possibly going to wait to see how the Amazon show performs. If it's disappointing they may not continue with it, or not continue with the same scale.
If the Amazon show does great, then full funding.
I'm sure Universal also sees the popularity of Rise of...
JungleSkip:
So you're not denying that Rian changed things, but you just think Rian did it for good reasons and a lot of people disagree. There's a big reason why it's the most divisive movie in the entire series.
Again, if he was doing both Ep 8 and 9, I would be more forgiving as he could...
