And Coco may be a part of the Tropical Americas land as well. So villains or perhaps new Frontier land with the old land changing to New Orleans as Mickey Views have speculated.
I heard a rumor on one of the vloggers channels that they could enclose the final section of the ride for this redo. Any validity to this and what do you think they would theme it to if so?
I guess they learned absolutely nothing from JP3 which was rushed from the beginning and we all know how that turned out. They literally just ran out of time and money so we got no climax in that film. Spielberg and co should know better.
Having worked on something recently for the Area 15 expansion I can say the developer is stating mid-2025 for completion of the project. I think we can put the 2024 rumors to rest.
Any advice on S&S strategy for the Springfield holding area? Depending on which houses open early I was thinking TLOU > Monsters > Tent houses, but wanted to hear from those who've done it if that's a good approach.
There is concept art out there for the main E-ticket which involved a roller coaster through a tower with a large dragon animatronic.
That ride concept likely evolved into Everest but may have also partially inspired DD.

WB just announced their plans to give LOTR the Disney SW treatment meaning new movies/shows set in the universe so I dont think we have to worry too much about its relevance.
That was a quote from Woodbury at the Hollywood SNW event last night. When he first started with the line 'and we're thrilled to announce more SNW..' I really thought he was about to announce the DK expansion for USH.
It really is a great deal for AP's especially because I'm sure they won't offer it at HHN.
Btw, dishes of the fest for me were the crab stew in Trinidad, cabbage pancake in Japan & shrimp n cheddar grits in Citywalk.
Pretty sure it can be used anywhere on property, but positive it doesn't expire so can always be used next year. I plan to get the AP card for $120 and doubt I'll finish the $150 value in the one day I'm there but the deal still makes sense to me.
How about close Supercharged and replace with a modified version of the coaster from USH? Each park now gets their top thrill machine and RRR can be quietly taken down whenever the time is right.
I believe the 2 biggest expansion pads were in JP where Kong and FJ currently sit. The circle design of the park made it harder to incorporate large expansion pads like they're doing at Epic which has a better layout for expansions.
Love the idea of USH getting it's own one two punch of coasters like IOA did with Hagrids and Veloci. Really did a lot towards rounding out the park and upping its thrill appeal.
