    Cedar Point

And then ride with your eyes half or mostly closed to avoid having them blow out. I think that you can wear the glasses if you have them strapped on.

    Beyond Big Thunder Speculation

Agreed about fit. No matter where it would be added, I think that RSR would become one of, if not the, most popular rides at Disney World. It is such a great ride and probably most indicative of just what WDI can create.

    Play! Pavilion

I sometimes watch a Youtuber called "See Ya Reel Soon" although I don't know if they have posted anything lately. They had their 2015 trip and I was watching it and they went into the former Wonders of Life pavilion where Disney had different displays. It was kind of neat seeing it again. It...

    Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

For the pool, I would build it indoor with a large screen depicting a space image that changes periodically, including the jumps to light speed. I still wouldn't stay there since the rooms are tiny but this could use the space.

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

Quick question. What is the expected way that admission to Epic will be handled? Is it a ticket to get in that covers everything, free admission to Hub but need to pay one admission to cover all of the lands? I realize that this has probably been discussed somewhere but wasn't sure where.

Tropical Americas w/ Encanto & Indiana Jones to replace DinoLand?

While I fully appreciate the "Pirates" reference (well played), I think that it shows the need to expand the others parks so that the crowds will spread more evenly. MK will always be the top dog but, if AK and HS have more rides added, things should spread out over time.

    Future WDW Additions/Expansion

Disney's moves seem to always be responsive rather than proactive. They wait and do nothing until forced by UNI's hand. Then, they announce stuff that takes years to build and say, "Look at what we did and how awesome for you that we chose to do this." Meanwhile, families go to that other...

Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Opening Summer 2024)

It was probably discussed but will they keep the finale as a boat or will the create the front of the restaurant instead with all the characters waiving goodbye?

    Dark Universe (Epic Universe)

Not to nitpick but Creature was actually South America and, in keeping with the story, would need an Amazonian jungle vibe with a tree-lined lagoon. They could have you step into a forest back a pathway that transforms into the South American feel which would lead into the ride queue.

Tropical Americas w/ Encanto & Indiana Jones to replace DinoLand?

While I am coming around to the AK implementation (still enjoy Dinosaur but oh well), I still don't understand the "Beyond Big Thunder" expansion. The Magic Kingdom is the one park that does not need expanding right now. They should either eliminate the Indy Stunt show and expand DHS or go to...

    Disney's Hollywood Studios (General Discussion)

Man, I still love this show. Helped that they had a classic group of SNL comics chipping in.

    Reedy Creek Improvement District

that's how I viewed it. When running for president, he thought it would help to have a big win. Now that it is over, the tone changed. I could be dead wrong but that is how it looks from someone who doesn't live in Florida.

    Tokyo Disneyland Resort

Wait, I thought that the Guardians liked Epcot. Isn't that enough of a tie-in? I'm just joking, by the way. This is definitely a head-scratcher of a decision. IASW is a great ride all by itself and adding IP does nothing for it and may even be subtraction by addition.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom (General Discussion)

Wouldn't happen but I could see The Lion King as an omnimover and then Encanto as a boat ride. I still would have preferred Moana as a boat ride but, if done right, Encanto could be visually stunning.

    Six Flags Magic Mountain

I will probably never make it to SFMM but, when it comes to Giga or Non-Giga, I can definitively state that a non-giga can be as fun/intense, if not more so, than a giga. Millennium and I-305 are both fairly intense. Orion at Kings Island is not. Velocicoaster is an exceellent coaster and...

    Celestial Park (Epic Universe)

Those colors are from the Baby Boomer's as those are strictly 70's (with maybe a little 60's). We Gen Xers had to live with those colors but they were not our colors. The 80's and 90's reflect a Gen X color palette. Man, that avacado green was ugly then and ugly now. I remember people with...

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Alright Shark Bait ooh-ha-ha. I've always enjoyed Kong and fall in the camp of "I could lose the outdoor section to retain 3-D". The outdoor section was nice with the reveal of the entrance to the cavern but the 3-D gave the scenes, such as where the one lady is taken away by the scorpion...

    Avatar in Disneyland

Maybe Cameron was around Disney too much and their adherence to timelines rubbed off on him.

    Avatar in Disneyland

I think that Iger meant that they could build 7 new lands in the acreage owned across all six resorts.
