Last year (and the year before?) they alternated meet and greets between Blue and this little guy at Orlando’s Raptor Encounter. I go for HHN every year, so they have had that puppet in Orlando since at least October of 2023 (and possibly before).

My understanding is they count it as an IP so that’s the reason why we have gotten a 5/5 split. Assuming this is the case, I would imagine with Monsters gone we got another IP, not an Original.
