    Disney's Animal Kingdom (General Discussion)

I'll believe it when I see it, Tiana was built way faster than expected but this is rumoured to be a 5 year build. Even if they cram and manage to open it in 2028, that's the first 'new' ride since Avatar opened in 2017. If the Zootopia retheme of Bug's Life happens and including the removal of...

    Disney's Animal Kingdom (General Discussion)

If this was to compete with Epic, they would have started 4 years ago.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

This is the copy and paste response to guests complaining about it: The way this is worded and if they go ahead with fully removing 3D, it comes across that they don't care about the guest experience.

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

It’s going to be something with all the seating that’s being built around it. I think we’ll find out more when the Helios details are released.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

Do the blasters from Minions go through the same cleaning procedure?

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

Not bad guesses at all. If the preview center opens this summer, you'd like to think that all the announcements would be made before then otherwise it would be a bit silly.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

I would be curious to see Spider-Man in 2D to see how the squinching effect works without 3D. It would be similar to this: Skip to 2mins 28.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

    SPIDER-MAN: Be careful. Nice shades.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

I think the 3D makes the ride. It would be a much bigger downgrade compared to Minion Mayhem (Which was a big loss) or Fallon. But they opened Supercharged without it and Universal seems to be on a big cost cutting mission currently.

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

They can't do any worse than Universal Escape. It is kind of wild to think of the money they're about to throw at this, especially when you think of all the foundational work that people like Brian, Alicia, BioReconstruct, and hundreds more on social media who have been building the hype...

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

I remember this was a bit of a debate when the ride started testing if the road was that bumpy or if the vehicle had some kind of motion base built into it.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

It's a grumpy looking head and shoulders that's been placed into a corner like an afterthought. Technically, more advanced but does nothing of interest. The originals were full body on display hanging from a bridge with banana breath with mild interaction with the ride vehicle that served the...

Skull Island: Reign of Kong - General Discussion

They have a plan, it's to never build a trackless ride ever again.

New Parade at Universal Studios Florida (Rumor)

Just to point out, I don't know anything and this a fun guess.

    New Jurassic World film (2025)

There's not enough time? Why? I know the answer is that they're so determined to get a movie out for summer that they don't care how bad it is or what further damage they can do to the IP but when they say it like this (When the obvious answer is to delay for a better movie), it shows their...

    Universal Great Britain

I think this is the only thing everybody in the UK can currently agree on. Strange times indeed.

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk (Epic Universe)

Hagrid would be my comparison but mostly in terms of thrill and intensity. Both are Intamin multi launch family thrill coasters.

Jurassic World VelociCoaster - General Discussion

VC opening back up that fast and this? This is a way better result than I could have ever anticipated.
