Random, but Andysol I really like your idea for having Grawp/a giant creature AA during the "faster" portions of this ride. When going fast, the larger the AA the more it sticks out and the less UC would need to articulate it's movements. IDK, something about having a huge AA thrills and chills...

I wish. As the new (old?) adage goes revolving house/mazes "IPs sell tickets". Here's hoping the IPs (which have been stellar since I've been going to the event since 2015 as well as from what I hear about past events) blow everyone out of the water and make guests want more non-IP houses/mazes...

My bad- it was probably for TWD not Exorcist. Whatever house we were trying to get into that was located in NY we weren't allowed to stay in DA, and I was disappointed that we wouldn't be able to sit around the fountain and cool off :(.

Weirdly DA was open in 2015, but not 2016 for me and my group. Last year Duff Gardens was open the entire time for the TCM SnS. However, when our group tried to wait in DA/London for Exorcist SnS we were told that the only option was to wait at Finn's. We decided not to, and it worked out cause...

I would say the international market would be the one to pick up the slack, but given how things are going in Brazil, U.K., and other former tourist-heavy countries I'm not so sure. Plus with both Disney and Universal building parks to cover several Asian markets I'm not sure where they can pull...

Wasn't there a former HP-turned-generic con that meets in Orlando? Could be a good way to get the geeks into the new 4th park for pre/post con meetups.

Please forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong thread but would anyone else like to see Universal have something akin to the F&W-esque festivals at EPCOT in one of the parks? Not anything too elaborate or directly competing with Disney's offerings, but something that makes going to the parks...

As much as I would love a year round scary haunt or ride I think the timing's too tight for this. If they're trying to have the USF project and Nintendo working at the same time wouldn't be (again) two areas of USF under construction at the same time? Even if it's hidden behind KZ and the FFL...

Well tbf I work for a state gov and we get 15 vacay days annually... :D But the dates can be adjusted- I assume anyone that has the $$$ to stay at the SWH could afford to take a week or two off.

Cannot wait for this movie! I'm glad that BP is benefiting from having its premiere date pushed back- the extra development time has been doing it justice.

Not sure with Kong, but with other screen-based rides (e.g. Forbidden Journey) I've noticed the edges because I've ridden the ride several times, and want to pick out more details in the scenery. Though I did check Kong's screen edges after noticing the fake foliage on the right-hand side.
