Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

I left just past 8:15pm last night and the wait time was at 50 minutes. It had been bouncing between 1 to 2.5 hours most of the day. I can only imagine how long it will get at the very end of the night with everyone vying for the very last raft.

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

Said my goodbye yesterday, and while it was bittersweet, it was a great experience. Later in the afternoon on our way to our third ride through, I stopped to thank a few employees I remembered from years earlier, and they placed us in express. After that final ride, the same employee who put...

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

I feel you. I absolutely feel you. Thank you for sharing this, I feel less alone in my mourning! My family and I would do things like that too. Focusing on smaller details or watching in reverse or even focusing on one side over the other each ride thru. I have the ride scene by scene in my...

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

Hi guys. And thanks. I believe I'm going to be getting a pass again. I'll still likely be at Disneyland most often (my fiancée works there now) but I will be around USH again. I'll definitely be posting photos and opinions and such from Jurassic Park after my next visit. I'm going next Sunday.

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

To say I'm saddened by the upcoming remodel is a vast understatement. I have a long, long history with this ride, and it is my favorite ride in any theme park anywhere. I'm grateful that it's just a remodel and not a full closure, so I'm not losing it entirely. But I have an intense dislike of...

Does USH have enough attractions to keep capactity flowing when WWHP comes?

And this is why Disney is kicking Universal in the ass right now - passholders at Disney still feel they get a bigger value, even for a SoCal select pass, which has extremely limited days of use. Even when they're crowded, there are still passholder benefits. Universal has less attractions, and...

There must have been a button to trigger it like the old rain effect on Baker Street

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

If I waited an hour for mummy I'd probably want to kill someone after the short ride was over.

Went to blue bayou, and sadly was disappointed. The food was amazing other than my steak being overcooked (I ordered medium rare, was closer to medium well). However the service was very disappointing. Waitress was nice but clearly distracted, forgot things I asked for, didn't check on us but...

Disneyland Forever was okay, I enjoyed parts of it. I'm just extremely hard to please with fireworks because of my love for Remember...Dreams Come True. Still haven't watched World of Color...had the option to reserve dinner at Carthay and vip viewing for it for hubby's bday but opted to do Blue...

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

Believe me, as a huge fan of looking at scantily clad women, I'm not complaining about it personally. But as an aunt and godmother, I can understand why some parents would not want their kids seeing it in a theme park attraction. As I stated before, the moments of violence (Jaws, Psycho) are...

Did you catch the strains from Main Street Electrical Parade's old tracks? I'm eager for new floats, it was very enjoyable.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged/Nighttime Studio Tour

I would argue the Jaws segment is too cartoonish with minimal blood to be considered non family friendly. Similarly with Norman, the body is covered and there's no blood. Still pretty much family friendly. Adding in some half naked digital bimbos and cussing, that is not family friendly...

Totally a boy. I'll go to war on that! The markings and the size of the dino indicate it was transitioning gender thanks to the amphibian DNA. =P Who's Colin Treverrow btw?

King. Rexy is a boy. He was already undergoing the gender shift to breed. =D

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

No one wants the animatronics fixed more than me, trust me. I want the ride running in good condition again, not changed for the most recent movie. I hate to be that guy, but this is one time where I'm gonna be that guy who hates the popular thing for changing the older thing.

Jurassic Park: The Ride (Now Closed)

A change like that would officially ensure I never step foot in USH again. I'm already angry enough about Potter, losing JP to an upgrade would finally destroy my love for Universal completely.
