    Iron Gwazi (General Discussion)

LMAO no dude. The first over bank on that ride is at 122 degrees, not angled enough to be considered an inversion. That element they're building now is easily more than 135 degrees, I am guessing 140 or so. Should be an awesome overbank!

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

I asked the park about that area and they said its under maintenance, so I hope it will come back in a few months. I think a Trex is the better fit for them as well, but idk if they need another coaster with inversions lets be real. Maybe in 10 years so they can break the records with it or...

As long as its a one word name and sounds unique I dont care lol.

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

I think they will take a break from coasters for at least 5 years after Gwazi is redone next year. I think they will try to redo the area where Rhino Rally was next and then add some new flats to Pantopia. I really think a giga is what theyre missing since they will have two coasters at 200 feet...

    Iron Gwazi (General Discussion)

I really like the layout and all and how the first overbank will be a inversion which I did not see coming, I think there are too many wave turns and the first wave turn should be an inversion of some sort, but there is not much they could do where the third wave turn is since that turn is so...

Howd you get that pic even lol? Theres a huge wall in front of the exit area and its pretty hard to take pics with it in the way. Any progress on the first inversion as well?

What’s that v Shapped thing in the middle of the ledger for? Is it to move hold it in place when they’re putting it in?

    Iron Gwazi (General Discussion)

No way lol. The stations are so far apart from each other and that would be a maintenance nightmare. I would think they would use the old half of the station as a queue area or something. Well find out soon enough.

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Love how they're bringing back the old dark green to what was when it first open, it had that color to about 2010, when it was repainted to the lighter green we see today. I wish they would repaint the supports to their original red color, they are really faded but maybe they want a more of a...

    RIP Gwazi (1999-2015)

I am thinking a 60th anniversary pin or a Tigris pin since it will be the first day of pin trading but well see lol.

    RIP Gwazi (1999-2015)

Mark better be involved with this coaster! If this is one of his last projects before he retires in a few years I want him to go all out with this coaster because he deserves it and hes done so much to the park in 30 years, and BGT is very grateful for him. He's also one of the biggest fans of...

Tigris Launch Coaster - Opening 2019

Calm down lol. Pantopia looks great and it was just redone in 2014 so its fine for a few more years. They said when they redid the land there will always be people touching up the paint and making it look nice each year! I think they're finally replacing the old logos outside the park to the new...

    RIP Gwazi (1999-2015)

Mark Rose is truly a legend for BGT and has drastically helped the park grown for over thirty years. I think he has been with the company since 1986 I believe. Im a little confused as to why he did not talk about Tigris being built at IAPPA and in the construction video but Andrew Schaffer did...

Tigris Launch Coaster - Opening 2019

Outside walls painted green as well to match their current colots, are they finally going to replace the old logo at the ,main enterance with the new green one that they redid in 2013 lol?v The redid the entrance and signs to the new logo at BGW awhile ago, and idk why they are just finally...

Importance of indoor rides (in regards to weather)

No way that ride is a classic, and they cant get ride of another water ride lmao. The lines are always really long for it, and its enjoyed by everyone. Tital wave wasn't to popular so that why it closed as well imo.

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

I like the combo of the old and new sections of the park. The bird Gardens is some of the last remains of that old Busch Gardens feeling and its very relaxing to walk through, but they may want to add an attraction there in 5 years or so to bring life back to that section of the park. The...

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

That was becasue Gwazi had some of the worst ride ops in the park. Busch places the best and fast ride ops at all their new rides from now on such as Falcons Fury and Cobras Curse. They also all use headsets to communicate with the ride operator making the loading go much faster. Plus Gwazi...

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Yea ik Stanley fall doesnt look the best anymore but they still take great care of it and they are just preserving its majesitc of being one of the original rides BGT has ever got. The layout is decent but they could redo it and make it longer with some theming. That queue does need some work...

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Im excited they'll finally get to double digit coasters for their collection. No better way to hit it I guess! Flat rides after RMC Gwazi though.

What's next for Busch Gardens Tampa??

Oh hell yes they will. The coasters on it are 100 feet tall now and the lift can be way stepper, I think they can go 150 feet on this easily. Just please have a barrel roll drop, after the lift that's all I ask. Its possibly for it.
