Where is this store located exactly/precisely? I only know it is on Discovery Island. I cannot place it.

Hmm... if that is true, then it is a shop connected to the larger shop around the corner. I am certain that the entire two stores will not be used for Starbucks.
It's not across from Flame Tree. It's by the Africa bridge from Discovery Island.

If its actually Creature Comforts, this is on the Africa side of Discover Island just before the bridge on the left. Most of the construction pics and info I've seen are at that location.

Ah thanks... that one... that is a large facility. I once reported an on-the-loose Guineafowl in there.
