If you dont mind me asking but why would you be interviwing Nickelodeon celebrities? Just curious lol

Marc Summers would be ideal. He would have had the most experience, and I believe he was there when the studios opened. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0003162/ and it looks like he is trying to revive Double Dare http://www.aroundphilly.com/blog/2012/05/10/marc-summers-to-revive-double-dare/ So he might see this as a good promotional opportunity, to help create the nostalgia around the original program. If you subscribe to IMDB Pro, you can get his representative's contact information so that you can reach out directly and inquire if this is something he would be interested in doing.

I do PR/Marketing/SEO for a living, and I have used celebrities before, it honestly isn't really hard to get people interested. You just have to pitch it right the first time.

double dare has been "revived" already http://www.nickhotel.com/double-dare-orlando-show.aspx the article is old. its been at the hotel. but he doesn't host it.

i will try to get him but it seems like the other smaller names would be easier. but yeah he hosted the grand opening tv special. so he would be awesome to have on. also Harvey is now a handyman and would probably come on to talk. http://www.harveythehandyman.com/home.html

If you have a reel demoing the concept of the documentary you should be able to land him easily. He is not hard to reach.

Can't wait to see this! How far have you gotten? Good luck with everything!

I shot one interview with Brian Brushwood two years ago, I just got really busy after I shot it and realized I needed more help. Some of my credits are on my IMDb http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3680177

Here is a clip from that interview I've made public. https://vimeo.com/16093463

I ended up talking to people and getting the help I need. Right now we are booking interviews to take place during the next few months.

How's your project going? Did you get any interviews with Nick people?

not yet. we are still figuring out who to interview and contacting the people to see if they will do it. also money is an issue cause its all out of my pocket. i may start a kickstarter but i dont know if i'll have the support i need.

Kickstarters are good. Also check out IndieGoGo. The key thing with those is getting the word out.

There are a lot out there. I've personally been involved in about 6 different sites since 2006, and could probably link you to about 10 or 12 without a whole lot of overlap between members*. Not sure how many would be interested in this particular project, but the community is larger than some realize.

*I mean the general amusement/theme park/industry fan community in general. I think you'd have an easier go at it to include the wider audience for something like Kickstarter.
