Couldn't find a thread talking about Formula 1, but I can't imagine I'm the only one around here who watches. Been a big McLaren fan since I started watching back in 2016 and it was a real treat to watch Lando Norris take home his first win today. The past two seasons have been a bit of a slog given the dominance of Red Bull, but it's moments like this that make me glad I've stuck with the habit instead of waiting for the regulations reset.

Good for Lando, I’m more a Merc fan but the papaya squad always is a blast to be with.

we're a little under seven hours away from the first practice session of the year! optimistic about McLaren's chances but I won't believe Red Bull isn't the favorite until we've seen them struggle on the race track.

I was exchanging season predictions with a buddy the other day and I went on record saying Ferarri could win the constructor's. I don't know what got into me. irrational exuberance I guess. But I'm sure I'll be answering to that within a few races!

We watched Weekend Warm-Up first thing this morning with coffee. Great way to start the day. Should be an awesome season!

Man, poor Liam. Yet another casualty of the Red Bull machine.

That place is an absolute meat grinder. I know why young drivers go there (what choice do you have) but F1 will be a better place when Helmut Marko isn’t in it. I’m not convinced even that will remedy whatever rot is at Red Bull right now.
