Halloween Horror Nights 2026 (USH) - General Discussion

I'm heading to the park again tonight, but I don't plan on doing too many houses if the waits are long. I am curious on whether this week is calmer.

Edit: It feels like Florida here. Who chose this weather?!

Not sure if this is the correct thread but looking for the best game plan. I’ll be attending Wednesday, Sept 30. What should I expect from crowd levels on a Wednesday? I am doing general admission with early entry.

I went today 15 houses in total Plus two Purge shows
1 Evil dead
1 Ozzy
2 Hellraisers
2 Sinners
2 Killcinera
3 Art the Clown terror Trams
4 Dead, deader deadest

They have a second Cart for the One Wish Willow Churros now in the lower lot between the icecream and Transformers meet and greet

Went last night with early entry and could’ve done everything but I didn’t feel like waiting 50 mins for killer klowns cause why would I. Could’ve just been very unlucky but felt like staffing was way down, only house that didn’t feel like a noticeable amount of actors were missing was DDD.

Also, they gotta do something about ozzy, either open it up earlier or open stranger things later, I got in line like 10 mins before the house opened and there was already a decent line, took about 50 mins to get through once the house actually opened. No idea what they were thinking.

It does but it opens at 5:45 while stranger things opens at 5:00 and killers klowns opens at 5:15

So yesterday was busy but with the 60-80 dollar express add on ticket that gets you an express for 2 houses and the Purge show....I had a really good Saturday

So I waited from 4-5:10 PM to get on strangers things, then went to Killer Clowns but it was too late the line was huge an the express line kept staying 100% full for over 10 mins so I left. So even super rope dropping ST, just hit ozzy, the H lot or sinners after that....Killer clowns is just too popular this year unless you go later in the night

I walked on the Terror Tram and Killcinera whent hey both had long lines (Art at 50 mins and Killcinera also saying 50 mins around 10:20ish PM)

I did get my best seat yet for the Purge, so I would say while not for everyone the Art/Killcinera/Purge express might be worth it to some on a busy night who can afford it but not express/express is sold out

I'm sorry, are you now saying the after 11pm Express ticket is only for 2 mazes and Purge now? Or is this a new different Express ticket?

No, there is like 75 different ticket options this year and one of them is this option for two houses and the tram for $60-$75.

The after 11pm express still includes all houses

First I am hearing of it, crazy! Definitely don't think it is worth it since it's only for Killceanera, Tram and Purge. If you could replace Purge with one of the high volume houses, even Killer Klowns, that'd be better.

Either way, I am glad Universal is offering these new ticket types for people in all situations just looking to make their night easier. I think it's part of what is helping this year be so great.

Posted my review, I def think this is easily the best post-Covid year, and one of the best of all time, easily sliding into that 2007-2016 vibe and quality.

I agree it could be better but also wanted to point out because of its on Saturday I did 17 house runs and didn't have to wait too long most of the night

It won't always work but if you can't spend that extra 100+ bucks and or normal express is sold out, this is just an option for some and can help since 2 hours do get "longer" lines on Saturday and I just walked on at peak times (after 10 PM )

Ask in a week or two

Every year is different, normally not bad but last Thursday was mostly as busy as a friday/Saturday night even at the end some houses on Thursday still had hugeeee wait times

Interesting. Are you allowed to choose any two houses? Is there a time limit, or can it be used right away at 7pm (or earlier...?)? Where do you get it, and what do you ask for... is there a name for this particular ticket?
