Hey everyone, My name is Selena. (Or Fable if you want to use my screen name.)
I’ve been obsessed with theme parks for over 15 years—there’s just something about the engineering masterpieces that are rides and experiences that keep me well engaged. The theme parks will always be a fun spot to kill a few hours or read about. I also have Autism and Mosaic Down syndrome, which shape the way I experience my hobbies—especially how I notice and appreciate the sensory details of all different places like theme parks.
I’m also a relatively new thrill seeker—though I’ve loved the parks for years, I only recently started tackling roller coasters. It’s quickly become an addiction, and I’m always looking for my next coaster challenge. I’ve been having fun riding them and writing about them to my friends. My most recent tackle was Hulk, (Row 3, Seat 1) and it was a blast, I don’t know why I was so scared of this ride! It was so smooth and fun. Outside of theme parks, I’m an artist with a major love for fighting games. I spend a lot of time drawing characters from my favorite fighting games, Soul Calibur, Marvel vs Capcom and Virtua Fighter. I also really enjoy writing. I can't even count on my hands how many times I’ll bring in my laptop to just type diary inserts on my adventures while I am on one.
I am EXTREMELY new to the community of theme parks (and extremely nervous/scared.) but not the experiences. Forgive me if I don't know many slang words, terms or events.
If you ever want to chat about YOUR favorite experiences, rides or even just other hobbies, I’m always around and in the discord server.
