Luchadores Monstruosos scare zone coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2024 at Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood has announced Luchadores Monstruosos, a new original scare zone that will be featured at Halloween Horror Nights 2024. The announcement was made during Midsummer Scream 2024. The zone will be located in the Parisian Courtyard as guests exit the Monstruos 2: The Nightma

This seems like an interesting zone! Always thought the idea of leaving a house and continuing it in a similar zone was neat.

Back early in the beginning, this was probably @HydraGen2299's big hope. And i wanna say this--he is getting that W.

The scarezone sounds incredible. Sounds high energy and varied with how differing all of the Luchadores are in appearance and style. Can't wait to experience this zone.

Such a fun idea. This street has consistently been the best zone since they got rid of the backlot. No doubt in my mind they will rock it.

I would not have been able to spot the yeti haha leprechaun is an easy catch though.

The posters going up in this zone seem to suggest a Gillman-esque Luchador. All of the other UM’s are represented as well, but that makes more sense to me as they already have the masks and sculpts from prior year UM houses.

Creature masks to be reused next year in the UM House or wishful thinking?

If the designs are anything like the concept art they posted, the masks will be stylized Luchador masks rather than a legit "realistic" mask. I doubt they'd be used in a hypothetical maze, unless they're Luchador Gillmen.

Which... hmm. That actually sounds interesting.

This has potential. Looked kinda "empty" & not very lively, but I think it might improve.

I still expect it to be next year's house
