I don't interact with this community a ton, I engage with Universal on more of a "real-world" level if that makes sense. But I love lurking and reading about what you all have to say about the park. I noticed this user, saint.piss, threw a fit and got themselves banned by making an alternate account to defend themselves when people were disagreeing with them. I got a great laugh out of it, but I also felt sad seeing someone so active in the community getting removed without without a chance to do better. I respect that the moderators have hard, red-lines about alternate accounts, but I kind of liked having this person as a familiar face and reading their opinions. I love reading what you all have to say. The more voices here (as long as they're respectful) the better. I feel like the punishment around offenses like this should be loosened somewhat, I'd rather see a month-long ban than a permaban. We all have our off moments.

I won't be offended if people disagree. But as a long-time lurker, I'd love to see this become more of a friendly and forgiving community.

1. They were not banned just because of the duplicate account. Multiple issues led up to it. They had plenty of rope. They've been talked to before and have had warnings in the past.

2. They were not perma-banned. They were given 3 months, and we'll assess then.
