Question About the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe

I will be heading down to Universal this Saturday, and I was just wondering:

Will the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe be open on the 15th and the 16th of July?ray:

If it is, it's not going to serve what I think you are looking for. It now servers chicken tenders, burgers, all your standard theme park fare.

Last time I saw it open was Grad Bash, ironically enough. It was serving the aforementioned typical fare, but a Green Eggs & Ham sandwich of some sort was on the sign... have no idea if they were actually serving it, I didn't eat there.

Back in May it was also open and I saw the menu it said a Green Eggs & Ham Sandwhich but it might have changed last time :shrug:

I really wish Universal would keep this, and all the other seasonal places, open. Hopefully the next round of expansion will force them to do so.

Has anyone actually eaten a Green Eggs & Ham sandwich? If so, how is it? Every time I'm at IOA, this place is usually closed. I know it's a seasonal restaurant, hence the reason why I've never eaten there; I primarily visit the parks during the offseason. But I am quite curious what Green Eggs & Ham actually tastes like. Maybe one day...

Ever had a Moons over My Hammy sandwich at Denny's? Same thing pretty much, except it's green.

The big menu board does not have it on there, but it is offered. It's also promoted through a sign in the window.

I've had it twice, and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. If you are in Seuss landing and the cafe is open, I HIGHLY recommend you stop by and order one, if for no other reason than to say you've eaten Green Eggs and Ham.
