Universal is creating a musical based on monsters....details are scarce but this could be very exciting.

Monsters are evergreen concepts so using them in something different like this could be a fun new way to get a new audience.

Plus I'm a sucker for musicals so I'm doubly interested.

If Ana and the Apocalypse can't get a huge following (arguably the best "horror musical"), then I don't think any will be huge.
