To clarify, I wanted Mr. Ping to become permanent on the opposite side of DreamWorks Theater where the New York facade is today. I have no idea what this refurbishment is for...

As expressed in our Hollywood Meetup with Tye Beeby, Universal was very proud to bring Hello Kitty into Lunar New Year with a dress created and designed specifically for Universal to use from Sanrio. They were very proud of the product and outcome and wanted to offer that connection for the LNY guests.
