I dont know...love the art but the jokes....and voices to me in now way are wanted from Transformers

I hope this surprises me but feels like it was made for like little kids, even TMNT which was made for families had some dark moments and felt more mature then this....anyway not a good first impression for me but hoping for the best

It's getting BAD. The slippery slope keeps going (Secret Invasion Intro, Late with The Devil, Civil War marketing posters) and it's just going to get worse. Really pathetic and sad that it's gotten to this point.

So I'm sure in 10-15 years maybe then but it's going to be a while with tech it takes ages for governments to do much.....unless it threats "its" power which AI for now really doesn't and they will lobby the people in power to ignore this

Now could their be a strike? Sure, that I can see happening but even then by the time they strike AI might be sooooo good and they have enough scaps to ignore people and do what they want.

Sorry, everyone but I'm a doomer on Jobs and AI, since Covid I've just seen who is in charge and its not us the people

I wonder what the complete refusal to use Netflix or watch anything A24 releases in the future will do to both companies and just how big that impact will be. Especially A24, they've always been a seemingly champion for the little artist.

Perhaps a role in BLADE? Assuming that will be the next movie to roll after FANTASTIC FOUR starts shooting (assuming it's actually happening at all!), that should be the next movie to really start casting-up.

THE FALL GUY is excellent and would make a great new stunt show at USH.

The Fall Guy is an unabashed love letter to stunt men and all the BTS talent that work on films. Ryan Gosling continues to be charismatic as hell and incredibly funny. Winston Duke gets some memorable scenes too. The love story is very cheesy/silly and sweet. The action scenes kick-ass. It also feels like an old school 80s action movie. The Fall Guy needs and deserves more love.

Maybe it's because the last few movies I've seen at the theater since Dune 2 have been let downs... but Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was fantastic, absolutely loved it.

I think it would be a mistake for Disney to not tap apes for something theme park related in the future.

Also can report that KINGDOM OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is terrific. On the same level of quality as the previous trilogy (and I probably prefer it to RISE and WAR).

So I love the first two of the new Planet of the Apes Film the third one is good...but for me not as great

The new film Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, I think is also for me just good...not great or amazing. The CGI is great, the setting is great, the villain is great......but the pacing to me was off it felt long to me.
Moments of greatness but just I kinda lost interest at points.

I really do hope we got more but...I think the runtime is going to make the amount of rewatches low...I hope I'm wrong and it makes bank but think it will have a few good weeks and make its money back and some but just not do Killer numbers Disney wants right now.

KINGDOM had a relatively "low" budget for a big science fiction film at $130 million*, which is what it just opened to worldwide for its first weekend. I think the movie will turn a profit, and if they can keep the budget in that same area, I think there will be a sequel.

*It's really remarkable they were able to make the movie for that amount, not just because the apes look so incredibly realistic... but also because I've seen movies that cost twice as much that look half as good.
