No. This will probably be a “SUPER Nintendo WORLD” store, selling Universal’s branded merch. Not a “Nintendo Store,” which is very different.CITYWALK STORE?!?! SINCE WHEN?!?!?! LIKE THE ONE IN NEW YORK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Down the line there Is the rumored Luigi's Mansion expansion per Tomfoolery. After looking at Osaka's SNW on Google Maps it looks like they don't have the room to do LM at USJ. So IMO Luigi's Mansion will be the exclusive element to Orlando.Kiinnnnd of hope they reveal something exclusive to this version tomorrow. Technically Hollywood has an exclusive element, so I hope Orlando has something up its sleeve so it's not literally just slightly bigger Osaka.
This land(s) really need an entertainment element. Give us a show with Mario & Co interacting with one another.
The screen is right by your face so I’m going to guess that’s just a mockupI was watching the excelent video from Theme Park Stop when I noticed this.
The augmented reality seems to be placed behind forground objects like hands and steering wheel. That would be a huge improvement.

Yea, this footage was originally made for a Hollywood commercial and isn't realistic, BUT they do have an AR patent for occlusion to someday allow foreground objects to cover up AR elements for realism, so, someday! The screen is right by your face so I’m going to guess that’s just a mockup
Thats why I was wondering if we could actualy get that. I did some research on AR and it is possible to scan the enviroment in real time and block these things out. It'll take a lot of processing power but I hope in a year time this actualy be implented in Orlando.Yea, this footage was originally made for a Hollywood commercial and isn't realistic, BUT they do have an AR patent for occlusion to someday allow foreground objects to cover up AR elements for realism, so, someday!
Damn… I would literally drive up to watch big Directs with fellow Nintendo fans. My only experience doing that was in 2015 at the height of Wii U disappointment lolNo. This will probably be a “SUPER Nintendo WORLD” store, selling Universal’s branded merch. Keep in mind that a pandemic slowed everything down. I think SNW Hollywood would have opened in 2021 had it not been for that if I recall correctly (since we all know Epic would have been open by now)Which explains why my excitement was completely non-existent by the time it finally opened at USH last year
Ayy, someone who has a similar approach to mine. Completely avoided videos of MKBC until it opened here in Hollywood and it made riding for the first time truly special. Still haven't touched any ride vids of Yoshi's Adventure in Japan; I'm cool with waiting until whenever I finally visit Epic.Yet another post for me to gush about getting a Nintendo Theme Park 20 miles from my current abode. They chose the two biggest ideas from every fan blogger or Nintendo X Disney/Universal enthusiast from the 90s-2000s; Mario Kart and Mine Kart Madness. Both sound incredibly cool, and I'm hoping to take a trip up to Hollywood sooner than later to be able to finally experience this stuff before the rush of a whole new theme park!
I'm pretty spoiler-sensitive, especially for theme parks. When it comes to any media I'm remotely interested in, I'd much rather enjoy the twists, turns, or reveals in-person and in the moment rather than hearing about it way before. So honestly, I haven't looked too much into the Hollywood or Japan lands so far! I'm incredibly excited to be able to enjoy these lands in-person in less than a year's time. This has been a lifelong dream, and after a whole decade, it's almost here!! 2025 is gonna be a real big year for Nintendo fans!
For now, I'll appreciate the rumored Citywalk store, and the USF Parade and Cinesational Nintendo rep! : ))
Yeah, that was more sad to me than anything else, especially with the uncertainty if we'll ever get something else in it ([Obligatory Panda Express jab]).As a visitor to USH, this hurts
Oh trust me, I know. I remember the initial announcement from 100 years ago. Then years later, the teammember preview we got in 2019. The hype existed, but by 2023 it was dead to me lolKeep in mind that a pandemic slowed everything down. I think SNW Hollywood would have opened in 2021 had it not been for that if I recall correctly (since we all know Epic would have been open by now)
Funny story about that, back in like 2014-2017 I was a premiere passholder. Me and my dad went to the parks a lot and we both never went to Diagon Alley because we didn't know about it/where it was because of how well hidden it is lol. I only experienced it for the first time 2 years agoLike those guests to USF that could never find Diagon's entrance
I can't count the times that I directed new tourists who appeared confused, about how to enter Diagon. And I always walked them to the entrance so they wouldn't go in through the adjacent exit area and miss the grand reveal. I'd also clue them in on the Gringotts dragon fire apx. every 10/15 minutes or so.Funny story about that, back in like 2014-2017 I was a premiere passholder. My friend admitted they went there 3 times and couldn't find it until the 4th time at USF. They were local season pass holders. I honestly didn't think people left without finding it, but I guess so.I can't count the times that I directed new tourists who appeared confused, about how to enter Diagon. I’m imagining the demand at Toadstool’s Cafe..That's going to be so crowded , most all the time. Donkey Kong doesn't look like it will have much capacity. It's only saving grace for standby lines, is that some guests may not realize it's back there, behind the Mario area. Like those guests to USF that could never find Diagon's entrance
Every 'stool' will be filled....constantlyI’m imagining the demand at Toadstool’s Cafe..
Honestly I think the whole park will be fairly busy, but I don't see one restaurant more busy than another one. Just because they all look fairly awesome and decent. It isn't like an existing park getting a new place everyone wants to try. The crowds will be spread out with all of the new places people want to try.I’m imagining the demand at Toadstool’s Cafe..
