The massive rains obviously caused delays, and I'm sure they encountered an unanticipated issue or two. With that said, something has gone very, very wrong if we're now talking about 2026.

There is no way this is gonna take until 2026. I'm no structural engineer, but I imagine once they get the foundation all squared away, all they gotta do is plop the coaster pieces together and build the station. Like, c'mon. They're not building a high-end dark ride here.

I blame geotechnical reasons for delays. Complicated work building on the hill, so wouldn’t be surprised if they hit some snags in permitting and won’t be ready next year.

Previous speculation had F&F opening early 2025. I am guessing we are now looking at late Summer if we're lucky or Fall 2025.

That's just terrible. We all (or most of us) anticipated foundation issues for obvious reasons, but a 6 month delay is tragic.

Hopefully they can gain momentum again to make up for it

I had heard summer 2025, so 6 months on after is more like early 2026

Still not too late to retheme the coaster to BTTF Universal... just saying

Getting a sense of Deja Vu here. It seems like the issue delaying F&F has to do with the foundation. The Hollywood version of BTTF the Ride was delayed from a 1991 opening to 1993 also because of foundation issues.

No clue how USH keeps up the momentum, like just insane to me we won’t be getting a new attraction for two years in a row.

I hope I’m wrong and people keep coming but…growth is going to be hard.


Also makes me wish they starting working on the next big project because at this rate we won’t see another E ticket until 2028 at the earliest
