I genuinely believe universal will swap out the flags with generic “universal studios” logos instead.

Kidzone is technically not dead yet. We still also have the Kidzone pizza company restaurant and I believe the woody woodpecker statue is still there holding that pizza lol

They should really change the Kidzone Pizza company name to Krusty Krab pizza lol It’s perfect since the Spongrbob store is right next to it. It can be its own little SpongeBob mini area

Also looks like the restroom walls got painted again? (Edit: looks like it's being painted a similar color palette to the soundstages?)

Wonder what's happening at the bottom right where the work walls are? Wasn't there a few days ago when they put up the initial arch. Additional theming or just some foundation work that was missing?

Very impressed by this, was honestly expecting a smaller sign with an arrow pointing out where to go lol

I feel it blends into the spongebob store. So agree, interesting. Just glad kidzone in that area is gone as it didn't go well at all with the new ET sign.

That already looks so pretty! Such an incredible vibe shift from the Kidzone Red to a sunset forest horizon. I love all of these updates they're doing for E.T. and I hope once they pack up here they end up doing similar for rides like Cat, JPRA, and Toon Lagoon!

Would be great to see a forest mural on this side of the ride building, as the retro soundstage colors just don't fit anymore (at least on this side).

I don't mind how StorePants stands out, it's well themed, but Pizza Company needs to be addressed lol

Also, they were pumping the queue smell into the restrooms heavily on Saturday, not sure if I just stepped in at the right time (there's usually a faint queue smell there) or they added more scent machines.
