Not an employee or a family member, but I have a different last name than the rest of my family. So if I was I'd be screwed.

I bet we get single day tickets in a week or 2, then 2-day tickets a month or so before the park opens.

Now they've changed it to immediate family only Universal seems determined to screw this opening up as many ways as it can. There already have been people complaining on X about it. If you're single, or unmarried forget it.

I'm sensitive to how this impacts those with no parents, siblings, spouse or children but ... it's just a preview. Everyone is allowed to buy tickets (albeit with so-so packages so far) to the park when it's actually open.

The new wording seems a lot more broad now than just family members? Now listed only as 3 "special guest." Also seems like they're willing to help you get extra if you need more for the kids.

Immediate family is easier to track if any photos are taken and leaked out. When it comes to friends it'd be harder to see who was friends with who and what employee @GrumpFan9000 got brought with to fire.

It’s a bit more detailed in its description than that. It says the people who are closest to you.

It’s trying to be inclusive and use found family terminology instead of only blood relative. But it is saying three people who are “closest to you.”

So I had an Epic day today.

The revel out of the portal for HTTYD was everything I had hoped for and more. Hiccup's Wing Gliders is closer to Cheetah Hunt than Slinky Dog Dash.

Stardust is Epic. It is a VERY BIG coaster. Tons of air time combined with lots of head-chopper moments. Fantastic!

Victoria Frankenstein and the Forbidden Experiment is next level (and a maintenance nightmare. Lots of top tier AAs). Only eat the GARLIC pretzel at Burning Blade if you plan on "Social Distancing" after you eat it.

I got to walk through the 7 mile long Potter queue. Glinda's office was great.

SNW was closed today.

Celestial Park. The soundtrack, I won't call it background music because it is not used as background music, it is the soundtrack. It is very cinematic. Dare I say, EPIC!

They're not in charge of employee previews. Employees aren't supposed to market their experiences, which defeats the whole purpose of having marketing involved.
