I saw that walking through CityWalk on Friday. I wonder what happened...

The Halal Guys seems to be no longer going to Universal Citywalk Hollywood. All promotional wraps have since been removed of the branded location, and have been replaced by a blank "New Venue Coming Soon".

The Vancouver location quietly closed. I wonder if things aren’t great for the company …

We have no Idea but I'd say at least another month plus...I hope its here by Grinchmas but we will see could even be early next year because the front of the restaurant is not even out in the open yet

This pic was taken two nights ago... it appears it's probably going to still be a while... maybe early next year if we're lucky, even that may be a bit optimistic. A lot of it is still very torn up in construction.

100%, although I wish there was an actual food option that stayed open until 4 or so. Cookies and cinnamon rolls are great but I usually want like, protein. I get that it’s a very select group that stay late enough and often enough to sell to though.

Heard it’s way more expensive than their normal locations. My biggest fear for the new Raising Canes opening. $25 box combos.
Will just end up at the Lankershim location down the street instead.

Eesh, those prices for the fresh/screen pizzas are pretty damn outrageous. I'd probably not touch those, not even with the passholder discount. It's a shame though, they look really good, but at least the ones in the $10 range that look ready to serve look fine. The only way I see myself getting it the other method is splitting the cost with at least one other person.

That's surprising. Not a big loss for me though, I always felt they're overrated and the one time I had it, it was pretty structurally unsound and the chicken wasn't even kept warm that well.

I walked by Slice House after a movie on Monday. Pizza's look good. Stupid expensive.
