finally taking my sons to universal in early November (needed the litttle guy to hit 48 inches).

I am wondering if you miss any cool queue details when using express pass - especially at Epic.

From memory on my last trip (6 years ago) felt we missed some on:
US - mummy and MIB
IOA - Spider-Man, and some smaller details book readers would like in the castle on forbidden journey.

Anything major missed at Epic or to add to the above (to consider if standby is short).

At epic you’ll miss stuff in the ministry (Dolores office), monsters early queue (some cool scenes like the OG monster), and that’s about it. MK goes past most stuff in the queue as does the other Nintendo rides. Hope that helps. :)

Thanks Joe. Dissapointing to hear missing key scenes on Monsters and Ministry - although with Monsters wait times I am sure we can go standby as well. Ministry I ow have to figure out if it’s worth skipping key parts of the queue (I love animatronics)

I did the Ministry Express queue and I can say the only thing we really missed was Umbridge's office, which sucked! But I'd rather wait 15 minutes than 3 hours lol. You still get to see a ton of the queue, though.

Express doesn't miss Dolores's office, the merge point is right before then. If they were skipping it, it might have been because the AA was down.
