Best hotel in Orlando in my opinion ... Strong Water deserves the hype but the coffee spot is very underrated

Booked this for Aug. 2026 at $205.33! I don't stay here often, but I believe that's a good price for SF.

Managed to snag an AP rate here for my HHN trip in September for only $189 a night. Only about $25 more a night than what I spent to stay at Aventura this year in a Skyline room. Super excited to actually stay here instead of just walk through to get to the boats lol.

It's my favorite of the non-deluxe hotels - the rooms feel more upscale than Aventura, and the bar and restaurant are both great. I actually managed to get a lagoon view room this weekend for $185 per night for a last minute trip, which was only about $20-30 more than Adventura and Cabana Bay.

Definitely on my short list to try this trip. I keep hearing people hype it up as one of the best places to pregame before HHN.

I was actually looking at the AP rates for next September and was shocked at how great the rates were for Sapphire!

That's why I booked it. For the nights I am going, Sapphire is cheaper then both Cabana Bay and Aventura. Plus if there is a better deal later, I can always cancel and rebook. Gonna be hard to beat this Sapphire rate though.

Lol y'all are slowly convincing me to get an annual pass just for HHN weekend. It pays for itself in one stay just in hotel discounts not even counting day tickets...

FYI, I've never been asked to show my AP when checking in at any USO hotel. Makes me feel like a sucker at times, but maybe they have it in their system?

Same here. But I do recall some forum posters have said they checked on them.

I can't remember ever being asked for it, but I also usually wear my AP in a lanyard, so they can see it when I'm checking in.

It absolutely does pay for itself with a few nights in a hotel or literally 4 days in the parks lol (at least for the Seasonal pass)

Like others have said - not that I'm saying you should try anything - but I have never once in my life been asked to show my annual pass at check in.
