For what it seems they aren't really doing as much in auditions in the immediate moment, focusing mainly on Scooby-Doo/UM and Dungeons and Dragons (which seems to be getting the exact same cast list as last year's).

Are you saying in regards to not having The Invisible Man, The Mummy, or The Creature present?

Do you mean it in the sense that there’s only one suspect?

Do you mean the idea that the cast list is so small?

Like I don’t dislike the other monsters but this is little chance to bring new characters and we get one

I’m sure it will be good but BTTF added like 5 characters, 7 if your counting Biffs best friend and Lorraine best friend

Obviously nothing is official but yes invisible man and creature were two monsters I was routing for the most

Right now, Monsters seems to have 9 face characters just like BTTF.

The question becomes, are there supporting characters we are not aware of yet (villagers, henchmen, etc)?

I'll be plain: I was under the impression there were more characters that were going to be part of this.

Interesting, I really thought they'd reuse the regular face character actors for Mystery Inc, unless they could re-audition for FFN, especially since this'll presumably be active movement like with BTTF. Then again they probably just need more people to rotate out, cause I remember there being multiple actors for those like Marty.

Lorraine also had an additional friend? I wonder if she was also around George or even had a name, but I think I nearly missed that, cause I knew about Biff's (and his name was T-Bone), since he was basically a stand-in for Biff's goons, cause he even looked like a mix between Skinhead and 3D. I'd imagine it's the same for Lorraine and how she had some unnamed friends with her in second film I believe.

@Brian G. or @Legacy can probably correct me--but I am guessing it's a matter of separate IP licensing contracts requiring them to have different acting pools for the sake of Fan Fest Nights to be able to work for the event proper.

Know there was some things that had to happen with Beetlejuice that differentiated itself a small bit from daytime operations for the actors who played the bug man, so it might make some sense especially with the scale of the experience--that things would have to be different. I also suspect and kind of wonder, if for the case of UM that there might be some design differences that separates it from being able to blend for those.

Interesting to know considering that I'm pretty sure the (at least one?) Marty that was at Mega Movie Summer was one of the Fan Fest Nights actors. Granted it was a carryover from something that wasn't originally a walkaround character as opposed to the inverse here.

Does anyone know if they allowed you to upgrade your ticket to the Ultimate Fandom Pass during the event last year? Asking cause HHN has the same option for the Frequent Fear Pass, since I saw signage for it.

Contemplating snagging a ticket for the first night, mainly because today's the last chance for the medal, and especially after learning recently that I'll likely be recovered from that impending March surgery (which I mentioned in the Hollywood Drift thread) in time for FFN.

They were pushing people to upgrade tickets at HHN to the Fear pass...so I assume so but won't know 100% until day one
