My head punches are either they're adding alot more netting around risk points (we've seen this already in the final brake run), some sort of major red flag, or an out of nowhere regulation hit

What would happen if it doesn’t open by the first day of HHN?

Like I’m assuming there is language, that the ride might not be open but some buying express my feel burned

Somebody will be fired if it isn't open by then, I assume. But as far as recourse for fans? Unfortunately, not much.

Least they could do is keep those F&F street dancers and put blood on them or something ‍

Eh. Par for the course with Intamin Prototypes. Maverick and Xcelerator were notorious for its problems too.

I don't know what these companies pay for a modern Intamin prototype, but they would have to pay me to choose to install one of their coasters at my theme park.

It’s the same story as well. Unfortunately. But you have to take risks to innovate.

Seems like that June post was 100% sent out by accident lol

Are they still offering that “Buy an AP, get three extra months” deal?” That might be our “recourse”

To me, this is a weird thing to even make a video on. You technically magically transport to the wizarding world through the arch way, you are still able to see the “muggle” world… I think not having the SES there for so long made people forget there was always a building there…. lol

In fairness, Universal was first to market with this type of dope, but I think the obsession with immersion has broken our brains a little bit. Part of what's fun about exploring a theme park is being able to catch a glimpse of Another Cool Thing while you're already in a land exploring A Cool Thing.

This is not the same as being able to see big beige warehouses while in an expensive theme park! It's seeing a themed building from a themed area! Come on!

People who continue to complain about sightlines and broken immersion at **Universal Studios Hollywood** is extremely annoying

Listen, I love Brickey and see where he’s coming from. Would it be great if they went the extra mile to color the warehouse grey to blend in with Potter? Absolutely! I personally don’t think it’s worth losing sleep over.

1) I do think there could have been a cheap and easy way to make the themeing better
2) I don't think it ruins Potter either
3) Universal fans are soooo much more forgiving on themeing then Disney. Universal fans just give passes on anything meh Universal does as if the parks don't have money or aren't run by a company with money

Not that it matters but they did do three things that go out of the way to make the ride look worst
1) the Brown net for the stairs
2) the Ugly soundwalls wraps
3) Not trying to block the coaster from Potter

Not complaining but pointing out, these three things could just look better. I know we need the sound wall but no the wrap they choose was the nicest thing they could have put on it...same with the brown netting on the stairs when they could have done white and it would have looked much better and Bricky literally talks about how he would have blocked the view meaning it could have been done but budget so nothing was done.

You can be cool with it and I'm cool with people discussing it, some people like theme parks no matter what and other's want them to be designed well and not cutting corners to save a bucket.

Good to hear, I just went to the park and it was dead but I know it will be insane after that coaster opens

At this point, I'd tell anyone coming in on a plane wait until at least the last week of July to be coming in and even then..who knows but even Mid July feels like its not happening for this coaster at this point unless they just push it out with no many previews

Haven’t watched the video, but wouldn’t adding a random planter in front of Harry Potter just make the congestion in that area even worse? Also how else would you block the coaster from being seen.

I might be the only one of this, I don’t like the brown netting on the stairs, but I think it’s that color to match the nearby gravel on the coaster.

Also the wrap on the sound walls makes sense when considering the surrounding neighborhoods.
