Not a chance, even in the house it was only a projection.

Hard to tell what it could be because it’s not anything from the scene, for anyone that hasn’t seen it it’s primarily an explosion.

Amazing! My wife literally always complained about that one being hot. Love how we’ve gotten more either inside queues or coverings like this recently, like that one by the new tents as well. Big improvement!

I'm also loving the new queues! Rether it for the heat or rain it helps a lot. Nothing is worse than being stuck in a queue in the rain or stepping in a puddle mid queue.

Hope they include fans and air movement as part of the design - those new queue tents were hot as **** last year the first few weeks since the air wasn’t moving.

You could make some solid cash designing a covered yurt design for these to let the hot air up while still maintaining some shelter from sun/rain

Permits also indicate the Music Plaza Queue will receive some covering as well once they're done with the refurb in that area.

And while these next two pics are of Hollywood Drift, you can see they're working on making the two pathways back to the soundstages, both by the 30 Rock bathrooms, and by Minion Mayhem.

Love to see this! As someone on an ECV I love the hub! Just wish there was an easier way between the 4 house entrances. And with the changes to how the AAP works (assuming it works the same as it does during the day) it will be easier at HHN.

Truly glad to see them working on covering the queues!

Sometimes I wonder how the hell we survived baking in the stay and scream holding areas for 2.5 hours

I for one always sat down immediately and used people standing to be my shade. I would also always enter S&S with a drink.

The people shade method was nice but it was offset by the ground being 200 degrees

I thought the fallout and galkn tents were absolutely humid as all get out. I hope this is better somehow. It’s great for sun and rain protection but the lack of air circulation wasn’t wonderful.
