What if they’re just reselling tickets from cancelations but at the current rate ($435) vs when the tickets dropped ($375? Pre-discount).

Pretty certain it's always set in stone that the three house tour doesn't repeat on the six house tour – so you would see nine different houses if you did both.

Yeah i called the other day to see if the houses were set yet, and she said they have not been told

Because even after the event starts a house may not be available for a myriad of reasons, so they won't guarantee which houses you will see on each tour. That doesn't mean that house A, B, C are not set for the three-house tour, and houses D, E, F, G, H, I are not set for the six-house tour, they just don't want there to be a situation where for some reason house F is not available and they have to substitute house B instead, but because they stated that house F was part of the 6 house tour but you went in house B, you complain and demand your money back. (Because, like, never in the history of theme parks have people thrown temper tantrums at guest services.)

Can confirm. Every guest is calm and collected, no hyperbole at all, always thinking logically. No temper tantrums or shouting about how Betty Boop didn't come out during their entire vacation and they demand a full refund, including hotels and flights and credit for a future trip (which includes flight, hotels, express, and tickets as well as food and merch).
