I only spent one day in the parks and never really headed over to this area, but I took a shot of current sight lines from across the water:

Once it has the finishing details and character paint it will disappear into the background.

Yeah, because Universal has a *great* history of hiding their show buildings...

I think a "bored" code would be more fitting ;)

Today, on Orlando Parks News they have a closeup of the wall and they speculate that it appears it has the beginnings of a brick texture.

Lol. I would think the brick shapes cut into it should of have been the first clue.

The only wall that is molded with a brick pattern is the side that faces Kings Cross. The other side and front of the facade are molded as wooden slats.

Seeing such a huge showbuilding appear in USF's skyline should be a cause for inspiration and excitement... which makes it all the more underwhelming to consider what's actually going to be inside there. Such a waste of prime real estate.

Still not one bit excited for this ride...that being said, I am kind of glad that the building is so big though...big enough to hide the Hogwarts Express and some backstage elements. Those things always bothered me and ruined the theme park sight lines.

One point about F&F. Expectations are so low, it will be nearly impossible to be disappointed. ...Hopefully, the reputed changes being made to the pre 360 room segment will make the attraction better than what's in Hollywood. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed thinking there might be a chance there's a set effects section somewhere before the 36o film scene.

I'm still convinced that F&F will be a very solid ride and we'll all be surprised. The rumors have sounded more positive than I expected.

Plus, I can't remember a ride in Orlando with lower expectations before opening.

I really hope they have a facade budget to blend in that wall, unless Game of Thrones is coming to Universal...?
