That's a lot of rooms. No space left for a CityWalk type set up by the looks of things although I imagine a hotel that size will have plenty to do.

It would be a nice tribute if they kept a few of the slides for the new hotel.

No mention of rooms but in terms of acres, it's twice the size of CBBR.

I don't know if this is just a guess for the map or if it will all be built on but it looks like it's covering a huge area of that lake.

Pretty sure the outline is covering all the "land" they own, which includes portions of the lake. They won't be building over it...unless they're doing some Poly-like things

The documents filed with the city of Orlando say the hotel will be 4,000 rooms. That fits right on point with what sources have told me for some time.

That's huge, a little over 70% jump of all combined rooms on site once Aventura opens.

Both sides are Universal property. Which means either two different structures/brands or maybe a connected one via a bridge. Just guessing.

Universal owns the parking lot (and some of the grass land next to it).
