Indeed. I deal with their taxi and shuttle service every night. Always issues. Hoping this BUS service is a breeze for Universal though.

Disney didn't even have a chance to create concepts for a Moana water park. Volcano Bay reminds me of what a Disney Moana themed water park would look like.

To be fair, Disney did have concepts for a waterpark that was once planned for DLPR; that did have similar themes, and was made by some of the individuals responsible for Volcano.

So if all the buses from hotels will use that loop then what is the other loop next to the entrance for? Access to it doesn't seem at all convenient.

The idea is to keep Universal buses within the property where as the bus loop in front of the park is for 'outside' buses such as tour groups.

Will single riders be able to ride krakatou aqua coaster or any of the other family raft rides at volcano bay

I would imagine that single riders and small groups will be grouped together for those rides. Otherwise the decision to build a water coaster with 4 person rafts, one slide tower with 5 person rafts, and another slide tower with 6 person rafts is more than a little silly.

True. I assume that's why only Portofino and Cabana Bay appeal to me. My dream vacation is not the ocean but a ton of people indeed have that as a getaway dream.

I'd guess we'll see when it opens in a few weeks. Expect towels, flip flops, key chains, etc. The usual theme park/water park souvenirs with Volcano Bay logos on them.
