In the trademark notes, its specially said amusement park and didn't include merchandise or anything else.

Lots of people say "let's go on Forbidden Journey" instead of "let's go on the Harry Potter ride."
Nobody is gonna say "let's go on family forever." It sounds like the tagline of a bad therapist.

As much as I think this ride is going to bomb, I think this will be a huge hit for Universal, merchandise wise.

I'm guessing mainly merchandise. Hats, shirts and such. So you can wear Fast and Furious clothes, without it just flat out saying Fast and Furious on it.

Of course, this is pretty much their go-to mark description they use for nearly everything theme park related, so who knows.

it cant. because trucks drive through there and it cant be built over because maintenance would be a nightmare
