I'm more worried about HHN being affected, but it could be bad news for some of the roofs/trees/etcI am curious as to how well VB is going to hold up during Irma. Those vinyl roofs and all that freshly planted landscaping could be a mess.

We will see Cat 3 or stronger winds no matter where it goes. The Halloween decorations are going to be wrecked. There will be uprooted trees in the parks.I'm more worried about HHN being affected, but it could be bad news for some of the roofs/trees/etc
Volcano bay could be affected hard by this, how long do you guys think it will be remain closed after Sunday?
2-5 days. They will throw everything but the kitchen sink at it with landscaping standing up palms and maintenance fluffing up anything that is broken.
Reminds me of the Vincent Price classic, "Last Man on Earth" (or I think that was it's title).....I'm going to VB right now. I might be the last guest to see Volcano bay in its current state...
Seriously, if they did that you'd never hear me complain againFirst I have ever seen of this faux bamboo treatment. I guess I was hoping for something like it on the stairs and supports inside the volcano.

We need a VB hurricane photo report this morning.
It wont be long before bioreconstruct ends up there as soon as it is open.
Here we go! I'm really surprised that more didn't go down.
Thank goodness for Bio no matter how odd and enigmatic he is.
Wonder if it will ever open?I can only hope to capture this majestic best in the theme park wilds one day.
Not the taco stand, bioreconstruct!Wonder if it will ever open?
