You never doubt the power of a crashing airplane in a stunt show. Like, that's a pure blooded rule.

I noticed they started hanging Sage upside down again! Unfortunately, they still aren’t using the Jet Ski launch. Any idea when that feature will return?

yea they've been doing it for a while now. Forgot to mention it. As for the ski launch, no idea. The issue was always trying to stick the landing. So we'll see if it returns soon enough. I personally just want more pyro :exclap:

I don't have any pix or vids, but new fire effects are now in place where the previous underwater jet ski launched from on the left side. It also appears that parts of the Deacon's script change a little every time I watch the show and I've probably seen it over 10 times this year.

- Those aren't new fire effects, they've always been there when the seaplane would be incoming from the south & fire upon the Atoll

- Every mic'd character Deacon, Sage, & Helen will usually have different dialogue depending on the actor(s). While yes there is a script, along with pre-recorded audio for other characters, they still love to improv which is always fun and hilarious. Yes they did have unnecessary script changes that basically neuter the character of the Deacon because we live in a world full of overly sensitive crybabies that get offended by everything, even though this show (and its script) has been the same since it debuted. Which is why we can never have SlaughterWorld back for HHN.

- Over 10 times this year? Is that supposed to be a lot? :look: I've seen it 10 times in the same week before. :ninja:

Just wanted to share this photo I took the other day. I couldn't get my Deacon to stand and was frantically trying to pose him 30 seconds before the show started as everyone stared at me haha.

So the jet ski launch is back in action, however there is no water skis... While disappointing, its good to have the launch back. Its a great stunt & smoker entrance.

11am show... sun was terrible... I was "meh", so you get filters haha

Water skis were back at the scheduled 5:15 pm show today. They didn't allow people in until about that time and the show didn't start until about 5:25 pm. That showing was a mess with the delayed start and several technical difficulties occuring during the show, but glad to see the water skis are back.

Unpopular opinion: But, I believe this attraction should be replaced with an actual ride. What ride? Something similar to MIB alien attack. This park needs more rides in the upper lot. Also, this park lacks an indoor dark shooter. I really think it would help the park a lot. Just my two scents.

I would imagine Waterworld would not be on the list, considering how much capital they have put into the attraction in the past 3 years.

And still, it's one of the most popular things done by UPR; and has had 2 other versions currently existing in the world (and a third one that all but guaranteed coming for Beijing in some form).

I would think other things would be on the list.

I will chime in on this...

Universal Hollywood needs a big show and this is the current option. If any shows need to be demolished and replaced should be Animal Actors and Special Effects Stage. Waterworld is currently out of the way of flow control within the park where Animal and the Castle Theater are chaotic and much older. Waterworld has had money thrown at it lately and could give the venue a few more years of life (5+). I do beleive that any new type of show that would go into this venue could not be anywhere near as successful as Waterworld. So, if it does get replaced...it should be with a modern attraction and not a extended revamp of Miami Vice...!

Waterworld will see its day...but not until the focus elsewhere is finished. That is typical with USH.

They need to make Despicable Me into an MIB type ride. Perhaps use the Jelly Guns from Despicable Me 2?
