I'm sorry, but between AP appreciation night frustration, spending hours upon hours trying to get Epic tix (website errors, phone issues, stupid processes) and stuff like this - just awful customer service.
If this is email only sign up - then SAY THAT. Universals vague comm team stinks.
Now the site updated to say that they're at capacity. I'm so glad I spent my lunch hour on this.
Just a trash customer experience as usual.
