I looked for an email.

I'm sorry, but between AP appreciation night frustration, spending hours upon hours trying to get Epic tix (website errors, phone issues, stupid processes) and stuff like this - just awful customer service.

If this is email only sign up - then SAY THAT. Universals vague comm team stinks.

Now the site updated to say that they're at capacity. I'm so glad I spent my lunch hour on this.

Just a trash customer experience as usual.

This isn't a complicated thing. Universal is pure trash with comms. I shouldn't have to play "Where in the World is Universals Signup Link" every dang time.

I'm glad YOU knew where it was. Maybe Universal should have told ME; instead, I invested my lunch refreshing their page that had a dedicated section for sign ups.

Honestly, this sounds like it may have been a caching issue with your browser. I know several people who waited on that same page at Noon and got it immediately.

I used two different browsers on my laptop, and my phone (which is a two week old phone). I even checked the app. I refreshed everything over & over.

IMO, this ain't a ME issue.

IMO, if your customer puts this much effort into your service and walks away with nothing, that's a BUSINESS problem.

Your dev maybe trash; your comms maybe trash, but this is a consistent experience for me and others I know.

Sad to see some scaling back of NOLA options like the boil and po boy.

I need to go through the list again (once the physical menus are up)... but it looks like Universal raised their savory option prices by 24% compared to last year.

Edit: The # of savory options dropped from 31 to 22 compared to last year. Seems like all of the standard Mardi Gras food is mostly gone this year.

Quesabirria in Mexico went from $8.99 to $10.99 this year
Colombian Burger up $1
Gumbo up about $1.50

Reasonable price increases for stuff like Beer Flights (+$0.50), desserts up ($0.50)
